These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, decentralized platforms, smart contracts, and services operated by JovaChain and its affiliated products within the FTMX Social Everything ecosystem (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

The Platform operates as a decentralized blockchain-based ecosystem. You understand and acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible, public, and subject to inherent risks, including but not limited to smart contract vulnerabilities, network congestion, and market volatility. JovaChain does not control public blockchain networks and cannot reverse, modify, or cancel transactions once executed.

To use the Platform, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally permitted to use blockchain-based services in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

The Platform may allow users to connect third-party wallets, interact with smart contracts, publish content, stream media, conduct transactions, and participate in decentralized governance. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and devices. JovaChain does not have access to your private keys and cannot recover lost credentials. Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet is your sole responsibility.

All content, data, tokens, NFTs, and assets made available through the Platform are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While JovaChain aims to maintain high availability and performance, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the absence of vulnerabilities. You acknowledge that the Platform may experience downtime, upgrades, forks, or technical limitations.

Users retain ownership of their original content where applicable; however, by publishing or uploading content to the Platform, you grant JovaChain a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, distribute, and technically process such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you publish and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of others.

The Platform may include features for payments, tipping, staking, tokenization, or financial interactions. You understand that cryptocurrencies and digital assets are highly volatile and speculative in nature. JovaChain does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing on the Platform should be interpreted as such. You are solely responsible for assessing risks and complying with tax and regulatory obligations in your jurisdiction.

JovaChain reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform in cases of suspected abuse, security threats, illegal activity, or violations of these Terms. In decentralized environments, enforcement may be limited, and certain actions may not be reversible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JovaChain and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, profits, reputation, or business opportunities. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

These Terms may be updated or modified from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international principles, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions, unless otherwise required by local regulation.
